BANKING, DEBT RECOVERY AND LITIGATION

The firm is experienced in the preparation and perfection of all forms of security and financial documentation for Banks and other financial institutions including consortiums and individual loan agreements, mortgages, bills of sale, guarantees, debentures, trust deeds, chattels, perfection of mortgages, equipment leasing and debt-rescheduling documentation.

Our Managing Partner Mr. Kehinde Oluseyi Holloway has vast and result oriented experience in the field of debt recovery having worked with seasoned debt recovery expert in the person of Mr. Oluwakemi Balogun of Oluwakemi Balogun and Co and Messrs. Ajumogobia and Okeke. He has also participated in the recovery of a N400, 000,000(Four Hundred Million Naira) loan facility granted to 7 Up Bottling Company by the now deceased Universal Trust Bank (UTB). He was also part of the team that facilitated in the recovery of a loan facility granted to Eterna Oil and Gas by the aforementioned Universal Trust Bank (UTB) and was also part of the team that sold the assets of Eternal Oil and Gas in a bid to offset the debt being owed to Universal Trust Bank. He has handled and successfully participated in the recovery of various loan facilities granted by the now deceased Universal Trust Bank and other banks.

The firm has developed a result oriented approach to debt recovery, which is an area we specialize in.
